Farmer's Markets
You will find Urban Roots Collective at the Simpsonville Farmer's Market during the months of May to October! We will be at the market for the full Saturday am from 8am-12pm. This is our absolute favorite way to sell our produce because we get to interact directly with our customers. Other markets that we regularly attend are the Bridgeway Farmer's Market in Mauldin as well as the Toasty Farmer in Greenville this winter.
We bring as much as we can to markets, including our non-fresh items like seeds, loofahs, and dried items in the fall. Fresh items are harvested the Friday before market, meaning your food will be as fresh as fresh can be. On occasion, items that are shelf stable will be harvested on Thursdays as well in times where harvests are abundant and time consuming. If you would like to pre-order any items, please contact us and we will make that happen for you for a pick up on Saturday Morning!

Find our delicious produce, meat and beautiful florals at Upstate Growers Market in Fountain Inn! This locally owned and operated market carries products from dozens of local businesses.
From the talented people who brought us Culbertson Kitchen: Sanitary Market is the new MUST visit spot on the Laurens Square. A revamp of the original Sanitary Market from the 50's, this local shop will offer only the best in organic and clean products. You will find anything from bath and body to kitchen and pantry including only the freshest local produce and meats. Urban Roots Collective will be providing seasonal produce delivered from mere miles away as well as microgreens.
We are working with the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery in Greenville, SC to help distribute our fresh produce throughout the Upstate. Our produce will not only be on their shelves at the store, but they will also help us connect with more restaurants through their Food Hub AND utilize grant money to purchase our produce and donate it. We are honored to be associated with such a fixture of the Greenville community and cannot wait to continue to build a solid relationship.
We are currently donating as much fresh produce as possible to the FoodShare in Laurens County. We are in official partnership with the SC Empowerment Center, who coordinates the FoodShare. The FoodShare boxes are available for purchase by the public for $15 cash or for only $5 EBT. Pickup days and times are every other week and can be found on the calendar below.
By donating our produce to the FoodShare, their coordinators will be able to allocate the budget that would have gone to ordering the produce to other items that will now be added to each pick up for the families. This means not only increasing the quality and freshness of each box, but increasing the amount given as well. We are beyond honored to be a part of their mission, and can't wait to get started.
If you would like to donate to provide even more of our fresh produce to the Laurens County Food Share, you may donate below with the message, "FoodShare," or donate at our stand during the market from May-October. You may also donate directly to the SC Empowerment Center via their website.
